Looking for a pet-friendly apartment community in Cleveland? Look no further than The Lumos! Now your pet can relax by your side and enjoy the comfort of your apartment home.
We allow both cats and dogs.
Breed restrictions include Pit Bull Terriers (aka Staffordshire terrier) Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Presa Canarios, Sharpeis, Wolf Hybrids, Akita, Saint
Bernard, Mastiffs or other breeds containing mixes of above.
Maximum 2 Pets
Monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.
Non-refundable one time pet fee of $300 per pet.
No Weight limit.
Please ask our leasing team if you have questions about pets other than cats and dogs.
